We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Some items may be non-returnable (see “Exceptions” below).
To start a return, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, etc.).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Some items are final sale and non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items marked “non-returnable” in the product description
